In this website I have recreated in JavaScript the eye exercises I found more than a dozen years ago in an optometrist's software somewhere in the web, but which I'm currently unable to locate.
When you click the "Start" button, to run an exercise the browser should get automatically into full-screen mode. Unfortunately this may not work the same in all browsers. You may exit the full-screen mode by pressing the Esc key or leaving or reloading the page.
In the first 4 exercises pressing the speed may be affected by the status of the browser; also, bu clicking the Ctrl key when clicking the Start button selects a slower speed. Exercise 1b ia my more complex version of 1, and 2b an alternative to 2. In the last 2, letters are projected on the screen. Each exercise lasts 5' or so.
